UPDATED Padilla's Dive Team Searches Area Where Cross Was Found
A team member from EquuSearch snapped a picture back in August of the cross hanging from a tree. The cross is made from the same type of arts and crafts materials found in Casey's bedroom. Padilla said he is focusing his attention on the photograph.
"We looked at the tree where the cross was hanging and it's not more than 70 yards away from the water's edge," he said.

Divers Search For Caylee Near Cross In Tree
Texas EquuSearch workers found some bones on Monday morning that resemble a rib cage. A medical examiner was called out to look at the discovery, and said the thinks it will turn out to be animal bones.
Texas Equusearch plans to wrap up its search Monday, after a weekend where hundreds of volunteers looked for Caylee in woods near Orlando International Airport.
A hearing set for Monday afternoon on a gag was postponed. Prosecutors want a judge to limit what attorneys and others in the case can say publicly.
And Caylee grandmother, CA, said they responded to a live sighting of Caylee early Sunday morning. CA and her husband, George, reviewed surveillance video from a Gainesville store, but were not able to determine the child's identity. They said they hope to review some better images on Monday.

Caylee Search Could End Today
Bounty Hunter Conducts Separate Search
As EquuSearch continues looking for Caylee near the airport, California bounty hunter LP is conducting a separate search at Little Econ River.
Padilla has hired his own dive team to search the river for the body of the missing toddler.
The bounty hunter said he was led to the Blanchard Park area by a cross after remembering a picture he saw in the room of Caylee's mother, Casey Anthony.
LP said he saw the picture in Casey's room over the summer, when he was in town after bailing her out of jail.

Search teams find dead animal
On Monday, Equusearch crews entered a wooded area off 417 on a street called Sounderson and found several garbage bags filled with rotted food. The garbage bags were covering what appeared to be a hole created by a few trees.
When the bags were removed, an awful smell came out. Equusearch officials began shaking their heads. "You know how many times we search for one person and find another," MA said who works with Equusearch.
Forensic detectives with the Orange County Sheriff's Office were called and they ruled the remains to be from an animal.

Search Continues For Missing Florida Toddler Caylee Anthony
A small group will continue a search Monday. Peterson said there are still a few areas they want to double-check and others that they did not have time to search over the weekend.
?Texas Equusearch is going to be here, were not pulling out,? Peterson said. The main units are expected to leave within the week and head up to North Carolina.
Still, several volunteers in the Orlando area have been trained and will head up their own searches on the weekends and on their time off. ?We?re going to stay in contact with them and hopefully can find something,? Peterson said

Tiny Turn Out For Group's Likely Last Search For Caylee
Miller said the case has put his group in debt; they've spent $100,000. He will leave for North Carolina on Tuesday morning to focus on other missing persons cases, but said he may leave some of his volunteers behind.
Miller also said he's frustrated with bounty hunter LP, who started his own search Monday in an area Miller claims isn't even on sheriff's investigators radar.
